In compliance with PAGCOR supervision requirements and Philippine law, bgw69 mandates that all Members be at least 21 years of age. Age is verified during the KYC process prior to the granting of full account access. If bgw69 becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected personal data from a person under the age of 21, it will immediately close the account, return any real-money deposits to the payment source, and delete the associated personal data, subject to any mandatory retention obligations.
