These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "User," "you") and bgw69 ("bgw69," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the website located at bgw69.club (the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, creating a member account, making a deposit, participating in any game, or claiming any promotion offered by bgw69, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them, as well as by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered members, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity. Continued use of bgw69 following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the individual member account registered on bgw69.club under a unique username and mobile number.
• "Balance" or "Wallet" means the total funds held in a Member's account at any given time, excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means credits awarded to a Member pursuant to a promotional offer, which are subject to separate wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
• "Game" means any gambling activity made available on the Platform, including but not limited to slots, live casino tables, sports betting, bingo, fishing games, and crash games.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, the identity verification process required by bgw69 in accordance with PAGCOR regulatory obligations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body that regulates and supervises gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Platform" means the bgw69 website located at bgw69.club, including all subpages, games, features, and associated services.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Member must wager before Bonus Funds or winnings derived therefrom become eligible for withdrawal.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with bgw69, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• You are a natural person (corporate entities may not open player accounts);
• You are accessing the Platform from within the Philippines or from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, or contractor of bgw69 or any of its affiliate entities, nor an immediate family member of such persons;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order voluntarily registered with bgw69 or any PAGCOR-mandated exclusion list;
• You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by bgw69 for a violation of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

bgw69 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be verified. Determinations of eligibility are at the sole discretion of bgw69.

Each natural person may hold only one (1) registered account with bgw69. The creation of duplicate accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities for the purpose of circumventing these Terms, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein derived from promotional activity.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address where applicable. You undertake to update this information promptly in the event of any change.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, bgw69 is obligated under PAGCOR supervision requirements to complete KYC verification. KYC verification requires you to submit:

• A clear, legible photograph or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (accepted IDs include: passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, voter's ID, or postal ID);
• A selfie photograph of yourself holding your ID with your face clearly visible;
• Proof of ownership of the payment method registered to the account (where required by bgw69's compliance team).

bgw69 aims to complete KYC review within twenty-four (24) hours of submission of complete and legible documentation. Incomplete, obscured, or suspicious submissions will extend the review period. bgw69 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any point where identity verification is unclear.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. bgw69 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

bgw69 will never request your password via live chat, email, SMS, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from bgw69 that requests your password or OTP should be treated as fraudulent and reported to bgw69 support immediately.

You agree to notify bgw69 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. bgw69 may suspend an account as a precautionary measure pending investigation of suspected unauthorized access.

bgw69 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. bgw69 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which bgw69 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for Philippine Peso transactions. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal will be processed.

bgw69 aims to process GCash and Maya withdrawals within one (1) to five (5) minutes for fully verified accounts operating under standard conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. bgw69 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Withdrawal requests that cannot be verified or that raise compliance concerns may be declined or held pending further investigation.

Each game available on the bgw69 Platform is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. In the event of any conflict between a specific game's rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the game rules specifically address the matter in greater detail.

All game results on bgw69 are generated by certified random number generation (RNG) technology for non-live games, or determined by real-time physical outcomes for live dealer games. bgw69 does not manipulate game outcomes. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages represent statistical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction or error that interrupts a game session, any bets placed during the affected period will be voided and stakes returned to the Member's account. bgw69 will not honor payouts resulting from malfunctions. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted to bgw69 support within seventy-two (72) hours of the event.

bgw69 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other incentives to Members ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time the Promotion is offered. General bonus terms applicable across all Promotions unless otherwise stated include:

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before they or winnings derived from them may be transferred to the withdrawable balance;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the individual Promotion terms. Uncompleted Promotions expire at the end of their validity period;
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method;
• bgw69 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotions already in progress at the time of modification are honoured under the terms applicable at the time of the original claim;
• bgw69 reserves the right to withhold or reverse Bonus Funds or winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or exploitation of system errors;
• Certain games may not contribute to wagering requirements or may contribute at reduced rates. Contribution rates are specified in the individual Promotion terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bgw69 Platform. Violation of any prohibition in this clause may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account per person or using another person's identity;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform or its games;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or fraud in connection with any game or Promotion;
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, errors, or glitches;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, structuring, or any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended);
• Accessing the Platform through proxies, VPNs, or other circumvention tools for the purpose of obscuring location or identity;
• Facilitating access to the Platform by any person who is ineligible under Section 3 of these Terms;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the normal operation of the Platform or the experience of other Members.

All content on the bgw69 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, trademarks, and service marks, is the exclusive property of bgw69 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content. Any unauthorized use constitutes an infringement of bgw69's intellectual property rights.

bgw69 is operated under PAGCOR supervision, which mandates adherence to responsible gaming principles. bgw69 provides the following player protection tools, accessible via Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit thresholds that activate immediately upon setting;
• Session Time Limits: Maximum continuous play duration per session, after which the system automatically ends the session;
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary account suspension for a period of seven (7) days to one hundred eighty (180) days, or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the nominated period;
• Reality Check Notifications: Periodic time alerts during active game sessions.

bgw69 will honour any self-exclusion request within a reasonable administrative period. Members who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent this measure by creating new accounts. Any account opened by a self-excluded Member will be closed upon detection and any remaining balance returned to the verified payment method.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bgw69 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of profits, data loss, or loss of enjoyment, even if bgw69 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bgw69's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bgw69 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to Members where practicable.

bgw69 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where bgw69 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• A Member has violated any provision of these Terms;
• A Member's account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or otherwise improper activity;
• Continued operation of the account poses a compliance risk under PAGCOR supervision requirements or applicable Philippine law;
• A Member has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• bgw69 is required to do so by a court order, regulatory direction, or other legal obligation.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, bgw69 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from promotional activity. Real-money deposits and winnings from legitimate play that are not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within a reasonable period following conclusion of any investigation.

A Member may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting bgw69 support. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be forfeited and the remaining withdrawable balance returned to the Member's payment method.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. The parties agree that the courts of Pasay City, Metro Manila (the city where PAGCOR is headquartered) shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, subject to mandatory arbitration provisions where applicable under Philippine law.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and bgw69, the Member must first contact bgw69 support to seek resolution through bgw69's internal complaints process. If the matter is not resolved to the Member's satisfaction within thirty (30) days, the Member may escalate the complaint to PAGCOR's appropriate supervisory channels. bgw69 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR inquiry or investigation.

bgw69 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Members via the email address or mobile number on file, and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of fourteen (14) days' notice before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law, regulatory direction, or PAGCOR supervision requirement, in which case the amendment takes effect immediately.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.
